Maxwell “Twitch” Williams is Sam’s partner and also a detective with the NYPD. Unlike Sam, Twitch is thin and somewhat meek in appearance, but he is a brilliant investigator with a keen eye for detail. Twitch is often depicted as the more level-headed and analytical of the two, and he often relies on his intelligence and intuition to solve cases. Despite his timid appearance, Twitch is also a skilled marksman and has a reputation as one of the best sharpshooters on the force.
